MY RECIPE FROM GREECE

                 Greek Gyros

It is common to find this elaboration in street stalls, the filling can be of many types. The type of meat used can be chosen according to taste and the ideal is to accompany it with the typical Tzatziki sauce or yogurt. This sauce is widely used in Greek as well as Arabic cuisine.

GREEK CHICKEN GYROS RECIPE

The smell is incredible. You can REALLY smell garlic and oregano. You know how sometimes you add herbs into things and you can’t really taste it? Or you can, but it’s a very subtle flavour. Definitely not the case with this!!

INGREDIENTS
  • Marinated Greek Chicken
  • Tzatziki
  • Tomato Cucumber Salad
  • Flatbread to roll up the gyros – or use smaller pita breads and just fold them over

WHAT GOES IN THE GREEK CHICKEN GYROS MARINATED

You need to do the marinated:

Chicken,Yogurt,Lemond,Garlic,Oregano and White Wine Vinegar

WHAT GOES IN THE TZATZIKI

HOW TO MAKE THE GREEK CHICKEN GYROS

And onto the making part!! There are a few components to Gryos – but the making part is a cinch!

This Greek Chicken Gyros is a really fab recipe for entertaining. Because it is really fast to prepare

97th Street Greenmarket (NEW YORK)

One of the longest running year-round markets in the Greenmarket program, the 97th Street market has been serving the diverse population of the Upper West Side for over 25 years. Located on a wide cross-town street, the peak of the season finds this market teeming with produce from southern New Jersey, Orange County, NY, and the Hudson Valley available, as well as eggs, grass-fed meat, fish, cheese, and more. In the winter, some farmers take leave, while others brave the elements and help keep the neighborhood stocked with local produce throughout the colder months.

BANKSY

Although his graffiti is designed to remain on public roads, having an easy to identify style, there were cases of businessmen who broke the painted walls to deliver the rubble to the highest bidder. On October 25 one of his paintings ("Landscape with Nazi") was auctioned for $ 600,000.
HE IS A VERY FAMOUS STREET ARTIST AND IS CONSIDERED ONE OF THE TOP 10 IN THE WORLD.
